For Web Design Projects: Refunds are available in the following events
- If you’re not 100% satisfied with initial design mock up then you’re entitled to get 100% refund.
- We are not able to provide the deliverables at the pre determined dates.
- You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.
For Web Design Packages (including WordPress, Joomla, E-Commerce Design & Development): Total project cost is usually divided into several parts. Based on project requirements, design specifications & development, cost can be different. For instance, in a $1,000 wordpress project, suppose $400 is design part, $300 is development part & $300 is SEO part. So in case we have finished the design but we were unable to deliver within pre determined dates then you’ll get $600 refund (development & SEO cost). Once everything is done and after that if you don’t want to continue, then there won’t be any refund whatsoever.
For Domain Registrations: Once a domain name has been registered, there won’t be any refunds, since we can’t alter the registered domain name or extension.
For Web Hosting: There is unconditional 30 days money back guarantee.
Search Engine Optimization: If we fail to achieve results, you’re entitled to 100% refund.
